Add an Invisible Watermark

How it works

1. Open your media in the editor and finish any visible watermark edits.
2. Open Export settings and enable the invisible ownership mark option available for your output.
3. Save the export and check it with the matching decoder. Keep the original and test any versions processed by a social platform.

Ownership information without a visible overlay

Invisible marks encode information in media rather than drawing a visible logo. They can complement a visible credit, but are not encryption, access control or proof of legal ownership.

Compression and resizing matter

Lossy compression, screenshots, cropping, resizing and platform re-encoding can damage or remove an embedded mark. Recovery is not guaranteed. Test the actual file you plan to distribute.

Capacity and export limitations

Small images or long payloads may not have sufficient capacity. The editor validates supported embedding paths. If capacity is insufficient, use a larger output or disable embedding; do not assume an unverified file contains a recoverable mark.

Private browser processing

Watermark processing runs on your device, without uploading your media to a watermark processing server. The website, account services and optional resource downloads still use the network. See our privacy policy and pricing and limits.
